A 60 Story, 132-Unit Condominium that has a lot to say without saying much. It houses one of the most unique automobile elevator lift system that allows the residents to park their vehicles inside the unit. It actually got named after the developer and its called the Dezervator. They patented it as well. We installed 3 unique high security, custom hydraulic bollard gates. Gates were installed utilizing an underground precast concrete structure housing the hydraulic lift that operates the steel bollard security gate with custom logo.
