Vincent Vento as CEO is focused on the continued and well-managed growth of Emm-Trace. Vento, the former President of ATCi Communications a privately held Technology company purchased by ADT  Government systems in 2018 he retained ownership of Emm-Trace (formally ATCi constructors) for the purposes of building a well-managed technology-based Metal fabrication company. Vento has been a Board member of The American Red cross, Good Will, and currently on the Boards of Camillus house, Camillus Health and Finance Committees for Hospitaller Order of Saint John of God, and Camillus among other charities.

His education includes attendance at University of Miami, Wharton school of business, Leadership
committees for the American Management association, and Vistage.
