Emm-trace, Inc. Awarded Contract for Miscellaneous Metals at 2900 Terrace in Miami, FL
Miami, FL – August 25, 2025 – Emm-trace, Inc., a leader in precision metal fabrication, announced today that it has been awarded the contract for Miscellaneous Metals at the 2900 Terrace development in Miami, Florida.The 2900 Terrace project is owned by Oak Row Equities, a New York–based real estate investment and development firm with offices in both New York and Miami. The project’s general contractor is Coastal Construction, one of South Florida’s largest and most respected construction companies.
This award marks Emm-trace’s second project with Oak Row Equities, following its successful work on the 2600 Biscayne development, also under the direction of Coastal Construction. Emm-trace continues to strengthen its long-standing partnership with Coastal Construction, with multiple active contracts across various projects in the region.
